Grandma's Kitchen has something for everyone, from knee-high kids to adults everyone loves the desserts and food cooked by Grandma. But as a child what I loved the most was cooking with her. The fact that the naive cook inside me was given an opportunity to help her out made me feel like the Gordon Ramsay of 90's.The best part about her cooking was that she never measured anything and always kept her recipes in her head. She could always stick her arm in a hot oven and tell when it was the correct temperature. Today I have converted her 'Pinch of this' and 'Dab of that' into proper measurements and Even though I follow the recipe, I can never get it to taste the same. It seems that it wasn't the amount or the recipe that made the difference but the affection and the love with she cooked made it so delicious and made our home smell heavenly.
